 Our founder, Ed Tolliver is a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA). Ed has taken on the rigorous commitment of certification by successfully completing a series of tests, including oral and practical examinations throughout a multi-week schedule. Our company uses the best materials, latest design techniques and safety standards expected from a CBA. Ed’s love for his craft is apparent in each and every creation.
